Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe 47th Annual Wacipi Vendor Information
Vendor Fees:
Non-member: $200.00
FSST member: $100.00
Vendors must pay in full by July 11th, by MONEY ORDER ONLY.
Vendors w/payment paid first gets to choose vendor spot.
30 vendor spots available
If an additional vendor spot is needed to accommodate vendor stand, additional spot may be purchased at regular price.
Conditions:
1. All stands must be setup and operational by Friday, July 18th, 2008 at 6:00pm.
2. Vendors will be allowed on the wacipi grounds on Thursday, July 17th, 2008 at 6:00pm.
3. Vendor will be responsible for garbage cleanup from the front of their stand to the back of the bleachers, on each side and back of stand.
Liability Waiver: The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe (FSST) or the Flandreau Santee Sioux Committee is not responsible for: |
1. FSST is not responsible for any personal accidents/injuries.
2. Lost, stolen, damaged equipment, vehicles or personal affects.
3. Financial costs for repairs for equipment, vehicles or electrical repairs.
4. Physical injury caused by equipment, fire, normal operating procedures or acts of God such as: Severe Weather, Lightning, Rain, Hail and Wind.
Vendor Liability:
1. Each vendor is liable for any intentional damage caused by themselves, employees/family members involved with their operation to any FSST equipment, vehicles, grounds or structures, etc.
2. Special Vendors will be required to show proof of their insurance.
All vendors must understand and agree to abide by all Conditions, Liability Waiver and Vendor Liability.
