  
The staff for the Grace Moore Senior Citizens Center hosted a picnic for Tribal elders on Friday evening, August 20th at the Moody County Fairgrounds.
Sara DeClerk,Sally Allen-staff, Helena Thompson, Rose Peterson and Sharon Maras, volunteers prepared watermelon slices, potato salad, fresh cut up vegetables, baked beans and the fixings for root beer floats.
Mark Allen and Richard Allen were the grill masters and grilled brats, hot dogs and sirloin burgers. Sid Byrd gave the blessing. Music was provided by Bruce Weigle, flute player from Pipestone, MN.
The weather was very hot and humid but everyone enjoyed time together and the great meal.
