Grace Moore Senior Citizens Center Provides Thanksgiving Dinner

The Grace Moore Senior Citizens Center (GMSCC) staff provided another delicious thanksgiving dinner for the FSST Employees and the Tribal elders on Thursday, November 10th.

Serving the estimated 175 guests a full turkey dinner with all the trimmings was no easy task, serving began  at 11 am through 1 pm. Sara DeClerk, Director, Sally Allen, Cook and volunteers Beverly Wakeman, Wanda Cadotte, Bill Beane, Sharon Maras, Marilyn Wade  and Bonnie Wade all helped prepare and serve the meal.

The GMSCC prepared eleven 25 pound turkeys, 6 gallons of gravy, 17 dozen dinner rolls, not to mention the Pumpkin, Pecan, Lemon  and Apple pies for dessert.

Sara DeClerk would like to thank everybody whom attended and a special thank you to the elder volunteers.
