Smith Publishing was purchased by the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe August 31, 2007.

Smith Publishing, in Dell Rapids, South Dakota, is located 20 miles north of Sioux Falls, the largest market in the area. Smith has a history of reliable work at a fair price. Attention to detail and quality printing has been a hallmark of the Smith philosophy. Smith offers full service printing from conception to bindery and mailing, combining non-heat set web and sheet fed, under one roof.

In the very near future Smith’s capabilities and products will triple due to additional equipment acquisitions now on the horizon.

With the present equipment configuration and additional pieces as discussed, Smith Publishing will be one of the most complete Native American owned printing companies in the market area.

	Gary Smith-Graphic artist and pre-press responsibilities. Gary has been in the printing business for over 45 years with experience in every aspect of the design and printing process.
	Susan Smith-Graphic Design and Bindery Susan has over 30 years experience in the printing business, from concept to layout to finished product.
	Alberta Smith- Bookkeeping and receptionist Alberta has been with Smith Publishing for over 25 years as bookkeeper and receptionist.
	Laura Rederth- Graphic design Laura is the newest addition to the graphic arts team at Smith Publishing, starting in 2007.
